DESCRIPTION:The directive on the construction and operation of temporary de
 mountable structures (FlBauRL – administrative regulation of the Ministry o
 f Economic Affairs\, Construction and Tourism) requires:\n\nThe operator of
  a temporary demountable structure or a sufficiently competent representati
 veappointed by him must supervise the operation and ensure compliance with 
 the operating instructions.\n\nAn expert is a person who\, on the basis of 
 his professional training and experience\, has sufficient knowledge in the 
 field of temporary structures (stages\, grandstands\, etc.) and is familiar
  with the relevant national occupational health and safety regulations\, ac
 cident prevention regulations of the employers’ liability insurance associa
 tion\, guidelines and generally recognized rules of technology (e.g. DIN st
 andards\, VDE regulations\, technical regulations of other member states of
  the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the Eur
 opean Economic Area) to such an extent that he is able to implement the con
 struction\, operating and operating regulations of the temporary structure.
 \n\nThe operator must instruct the operating personnel at each installation
  site in particular about the operating instructions and what to do in the 
 event of a power failure\, fire\, panic or other faults. The operating and 
 operating instructions must be available to the operating personnel at all
