DESCRIPTION:The directive on the construction and operation of temporary de
 mountable structures (FlBauRL – administrative regulation of the Ministry o
 f Economic Affairs\, Construction and Tourism) requires:\nThe operator of a
  temporary demountable structure or a sufficiently competent representative
 appointed by him must supervise the operation and ensure compliance with th
 e operating instructions.\nAn expert is a person who\, on the basis of his 
 professional training and experience\, has sufficient knowledge in the fiel
 d of temporary structures (stages\, grandstands\, etc.) and is familiar wit
 h the relevant national occupational health and safety regulations\, accide
 nt prevention regulations of the employers’ liability insurance association
 \, guidelines and generally recognized rules of technology (e.g. DIN standa
 rds\, VDE regulations\, technical regulations of other member states of the
  European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the Europea
 n Economic Area) to such an extent that he is able to implement the constru
 ction\, operating and operating regulations of the temporary structure.\nTh
 e operator must instruct the operating personnel at each installation site 
 in particular about the operating instructions and what to do in the event 
 of a power failure\, fire\, panic or other faults. The operating and operat
 ing instructions must be available to the operating personnel at all times.
