to determinate the high frequency cutoff of the L12P110K Don Keele write that: Fh=2xFs/Qts=2x45/0.13=692Hz (see technicals note n°24 on http://www.jblpro.com)
If you usea 4590 you can cut a this frequency.
And other theory see that
Horn lenght(m)=sound speed(m/s)/4xlow frequency cutoff(Hz)
In your case:
Low frequency cutoff=344/(0,5x4)=172Hz
