Hi everybody, i'm desperately looking for somebody able to restard a Riedel rocknet rn.101.io.
i had a power down during flashing a firmware update, and now the stagebox is completely "dead"
it only have 2 yellow leds on USB and NET, but from the software doesen't recognie the unit
the PC found the device via USB but that's all, nothing communicate between them
i've tried to write to RiedelCustomer Service, but at now they only told me to do a Hard Reboot, in other words switch it on and off...... done several times, but nothign happens
i wonder if there is a way to power it pressing some key to restore factory defaults ot not.....
if somebody can help me, i'm really worried about ....
