E-pac problem

Unfortunately my E-pac doesn't start up anymore.
E-pac version V2.
After starting up the MUTE led and ISP-led are lighting very shortly, but also the ERR turns on and doesn't turn off. Maybe somebody recognizes this problem, and knows a solution?

die Adresse habe ich gefunden, günstiger wäre aber um das selber zu machen, falls jemand eine Idee hat?

kann man den E-pac irgendwie resetten?

das gilt aber nur für Version 3 (mit Display). Ich habe Version 2, gibts vielleicht eine bestimmte Dipswitchkombination?
