A&H GL4:GL4000 Unterschied?

    Danke

    Q. What is the difference between a GL4 and a GL4000?
    A. The GL4000 replaced the GL4 and has better performance specs as well as more features. Here is a quick summary of the differences:
Equalisation - Both consoles have excellent four-sweep EQ. However, the GL4000 adds switched 'Q' on the mids. This gives even greater accuracy than before, and is ideal for elimination of feedback or creative sound shaping.

Balanced inserts on inputs and outputs - The GL4 had single jack inserts whereas the GL4000 offers greater elimination of induced noise by offering balanced connection to all inserted devices. This applies to the input channels, the aux outputs, the group outputs and the Left, Right and Mono outputs.

Increased LED metering - The GL4000 gives you four-LED input meters, four-LED mix meters on the groups, Left, Right, Mono and auxes, and 12-LED switchable output meters.

Four way matrix - The GL4000 gives you four matrix sends on the groups and Left, Right and Mono sections switchable pre/post fade make ideal additional monitor sends, recording feeds, delay speaker feeds, FX feeds etc.

Matrix to aux switching on the GL4000 - This allows you to set up very quick monitor, FX or recording sends based on your sub-groups instead of your channels.

GL4000 Group output trims - The group outputs, which are normally redundant in FOH mode, can be used for recording and the trim controls can be set pre-fade for optimum level to tape.

Trimmable Direct Outputs - The GL4000's direct outputs can be trimmed by the aux 10 pot either pre- or post-fader. This is ideal for recording feeds or spot effects.

Stereo PFL - The GL4000's stereo inputs can be PFL'd and metered in stereo for true monitoring of stereo sources.

Width Control on Stereo Inputs - The GL4000's stereo input can be transformed into mono, reverse stereo, with Land R swapped, or enhanced wide stereo for a more impressive stereo image.

Mute Control - The GL4000's QuickSolo, 8 mute groups and 128 midi-controllable mute patches give you more mute control than before.
